Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they enter "Processing" status. Once processing has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Returns

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be credited to your Paw Migo World account balance within 5-7 business days. You can then withdraw the amount using your preferred payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for refund. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
